Valley Brass Band (Haydock) receives The King’s Award for Voluntary Service
Valley Brass, a volunteer-led 1st section band in Haydock, St. Helens, has received The King’s Award for Voluntary Service for 2024—the UK’s highest honor for volunteer groups. Competing regionally and nationally, and performing at community events, Valley Brass fosters musical growth across all ages. This award celebrates the dedication of our volunteers who make the band a welcoming place for musicians to learn, grow, and perform together.
